Welcome, my name is Inessa, and my intention is to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom, understand the patterns shaping your life, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a warm, nurturing and compassionate space where all of you is welcome: your fears and doubts, your pain, your hopes, and the dreams you may have set aside. Together, we explore what feels difficult, with compassion for the ways you have learned to cope.
My approach is integrative, honoring your emotional, physical, and spiritual experience. We make room for deeper understanding while developing practical ways to respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, we clarify your vision for a fulfilling life and explore what stands in the way. At the heart of our work is a return to your authentic Self and a more trusting, compassionate relationship with yourself.
Every part of you has a story.
Let’s listen.
One part of you may long for closeness while another pulls away. A part may work hard to keep everything together, while another feels exhausted.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a way to understand these inner experiences as parts of you, each with its own feelings, needs, and story. Many have taken on protective roles, trying to help you navigate painful experiences. Together, we approach them with curiosity and compassion.
As an IFS-informed therapist, I find this work to be one of the deepest paths toward lasting transformation and healing.
Get to know your protective parts
We gently explore the parts that worry, criticize, please others, or shut down—and what they may be trying to protect.
Make room for what hurts
At a pace that feels manageable, we begin to understand and care for the tender feelings and experiences beneath familiar reactions.
Connect with Self
In IFS, Self refers to an inner capacity for calm, curiosity, compassion, connection, creativity and clarity. Our work helps you access these qualities and build a more trusting relationship with all your parts.
Move toward greater inner freedom
As parts feel understood and supported, they may begin to release burdens they have carried—creating more room for connection, authenticity, and choice in how you relate to yourself and others.
It would be an honor to support you in this work.
